Terms of use.

By using After, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your events and content

You keep ownership of content you contribute. You grant After a limited license to store, process and display that content only to operate the event and service. You must have permission to capture and share people or property shown in your content.

Event rules

Organizers control invite access, reveal time and event settings. Do not bypass a reveal, share private invite codes publicly, impersonate others, harass participants, upload unlawful or abusive content, or interfere with the service.

Safety

Participants can report content or users. We may restrict, remove or preserve content and suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, law or enforcement of these terms.

Service availability

We work to keep After reliable, but uploads, notifications and reveal timing can be affected by device, network or provider conditions. Keep original copies of important media. The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law.

Ending use

You may stop using After and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend access for material violations or security risk. Terms that by nature should survive continue after termination.
